摘    要:本文通过对普通C30泵送混凝土分别采用(1)JGJ55-2000规定的方法;(2)配合比全计算法进行配合比设计的对比,得出了制约中、低强度混凝土配合比水泥用量的关键因素是工作性的结论,进而提出了用大掺量粉煤灰来增加浆体体积,提高工作性,可以达到既降低成本又提高质量的目的的观点。

Abstract:The paper designs the components of ordinary RMC pumping concrete(C30)separately use the method of "JGJ55-2000" and "Full Calculation".Through the comparison of the two results,the paper puts forward a proposal that the concrete workability is one of the key factors that restricting the cement quantity in media and low grade concretes.The paper also suggests that high volume of fly ash concrete can increase the pasty volume and improve the concrete workability.We can both improve the concrete quality and reduce the material cost by this way.
