Abstract:Automatic welding of long-distance pipeline has many advantages such as good welding quality,high efficiency and low labor intensity,which can better solve the problems of high-grade steel welding quality and pipeline operation safety.However,for the pipeline construction unit,using pipeline automatic welding technology and process,the investment of personnel and equipment is huge and the construction cost increases exponentially.And for most construction units,the actual construction efficiency of automatic welding is far lower than the theoretical efficiency,which cases the construction unit to have big investment and little output,and affects the promotion and use of the pipeline automatic welding technology.In view of this situation,it is necessary to analyze the construction resource allocation,technology and process,construction management and economy of the automatic welding,in order to find methods and ways to reduce the automatic welding construction cost,obtain reasonable construction profits,improve the market competitiv-eness of construction unit,better drive the application of auto-matic welding technology and process,and promote the sustai-nable development of pipeline automatic welding.
