《天津工程师范学院学报》近5年作者群分析与思考

以2004--2008年在《天津工程师范学院学报》刊载的432篇论文为研究对象，对这5年发表的论文情况进行了概述；同时，对载文作者的合作度、合著率，第一作者的年龄结构、职称和学历结构等进行了统计分析，并与文献1]进行了比较．结果表明：5年来学报的整体水平在不断提高，但与中国科技论文统计源期刊的总体水平相比还有差距．由此提出了进一步提高学报学术质量的具体建议．

Analysis and Thinking on Author Group of the Past Five Years of the Journal of Tianjin Universiity of Technology and Education

The authors of this paper give an overview of the papers that have been published in the Journal of Tianjin University of Technology and Education within the past five years with the research objects of the 432 papers published from 2004 to 2008; at the same time they do a statistical analysis on the respective divisions of the rate of coauthored publications, the first authors＇ structure of age, professional titles and educational histories, and then they compare the analysis with the overview. The result shows that despite the fact that the integral level of the Journal has been on the rise for the past five years, it is still lower than that of the CSTPCD. Based on the above analysis, the authors give some specific suggestions to further improve the academic quality of the Journal.
