低聚木糖脱色技术研究概况

摘    要:低聚木糖是一种可以代替蔗糖的多功能甜味剂,由于其独特的生理功能特别是能促进肠内有益菌群—双歧杆菌的增殖,已经受到越来越多的关注。对目前国内外几种常用的脱色技术进行分析和比较,认为微生物絮凝脱色加活性炭脱色具有脱色效率高、低聚木糖损失较少、对环境和体系安全无毒、不会造成二次污染等优点,发展前景广阔。

Abstract:The xylo-oligosaccharide is a multifunctional sweeter that can substitutes for sucrose. For their special physical functions especially that they can make good bacteria in intestines-bifodobacteria and multiply them, they have become more and more focuses.The text mainly focuses on the decolorizing ways of xylo-oligosaccharides, and analyses, compare the decolorizing ways that often be used at home and abroad. The decolorizing way of combination of microbial flocculant and active carbon has many merits: such as high decolorizing ratio, short damage of xylo-oligosaccharides, no poisonous for environment and the system, and cannot produce twice pollution. Therefore, xylo-oligosaccharides have a wide development.
