摘    要:数控激光珩磨机由粗珩磨机、数控激光成形机和精珩磨机组成,其中,数控激光成形机是其关键部分。在分析表面微结构研究现状的基础上,提出了数控激光成形机两种运动方案,研制出数控激光成形机,并进行了加工试验。试验结果表明,所研制的数控激光成形机性能稳定,工作可靠,达到设计要求。

Abstract:NC laser honing machine consists of pre-honing machine, NC laser forming machine and finish honing machine. NC laser forming machine is the key part of NC laser honing machine. Two motion forms of NC laser forming machine were proposed. NC laser forming machine of working surface micro structure was successfully developed. Many tests were finished. Test results show that NC laser forming machine has good stability and reliability.
