摘    要:振动法能有效地检测变压器运行中的绕组状况。应用振动测试系统研究了不同负载电流和压紧状况下连续式绕组不同位置的振动信号以及测量位置对振动信号基频分量幅值的影响 ,还初步分析了压紧状况变化对不同位置的绕组振动信号的影响。基于此确定了可更好地提取振动信号特征向量的测试位置

Abstract:The vibration analysis method can effectively monitor the condition of power transformer windings. In this paper, a vibration measuring system is used to measure vibration signal of the winding. The amplitudes of fundamental frequency component of vibration signal are obtained on different positions with different current and impaction conditions. Combined with the theoretic analysis, the effects of amplitudes of fundamental frequency component on measuring position are tested. The effects of impaction conditions on vibration signal of different positions are also discussed. Based on the experiments, the measuring positions can be ascertained on which the eigenvector of vibration signal could be picked up better and more effectively.
