| 摘 要： | 根据车削加工的特点,采用两个光栅测量工件加工时的外径变化,最后计算出工件直径。仪器采用单片机系统进行测量、计算、显示。介绍了仪器测控系统的功能模块软件设计,最后进行了误差分析。

| Abstract: | According to characteristics of lathe cutting, two gratings are adopted to measure changes of the diameter when work piece being processed, then calculating the diameter. The microcontroller proceeds measuring, calculation and displaying. Function modules and software are introduced. Error is analyzed finally. |
