可膨胀套管技术发展及在吐哈油田的应用

摘    要:可膨胀套管的原理是通过冷拔钢管达到井下需要的尺寸,利用坐放装置将膨胀套管下入井内后,在扩管锥的作用下,在井下通过冷加工将石油管材扩到所需要的尺寸。膨胀后,膨胀管的壁厚要减小2%~5%。其直径可以膨胀约20%,其长度缩短约8%,塑性变形极限不超过30%。温西10-39井的实践证明,膨胀管技术对解决套管补贴等方面的技术难题提供了新的方案。

Abstract:The expanded casing is designed to reach downhole and obtain desired size through cold-drawn steel pipe, using a device to run expanded casing in hole. Based on metallic elastic plastic deformation principle and under the influence of pipe expanding gauge, and by means of cold hardening in down hole, oil tube can be expanded to size in downhole. In connection with diameter expansion, wall thickness of expanded casing decreases 2%-5%. Its diameter can be expanded about 20 %, its length can be reduced about 8 %, and plastic deformation boundary is not exceeding 30 %. On-site application in Wenxi oilfield 10-39 well proves that expanded casing technology is mature in operation technology, thus providing new scheme in solving casing patch technology problem.
