| Abstract: | Freezing room is an absolutely necessary integrant for frozen and cold-storage enterprise,its performance not only is relative to the product quality,but also has direct influence on the energy consumption.The reasonable con- figuration-selection and the disposition for cooling equipment in the freezing room are of importance for the improvement of freezing room performance.This paper discusses the basic principle for the configuration-selection and the disposition of the equipment in the freezing room. |
