| 摘 要： | 对ZGCr15钢进行热处理工艺试验，分析了工艺参数对残余奥氏体量的影响，优选了热处理工艺，使ZGCr15钢残余奥氏体量控制在5％以内，保证了热处理质量及尺寸稳定性。

| Abstract: | The heat treatment technology of ZGCr15 steel has been studied experimentally,and the effect of process parameters on the amount of residual austenite has been analyzed.The heat treatment technology has been optimized.The amount of residual austenite of ZGCr15 steel can be controlled below 5%,the heat treatment quality and dimensional stability is guaranteed. |
