| 摘 要： | 水轮机转轮叶片足容易产生裂纹的部位，由于设计、制造、运行中受力的不同，所产生的裂纹的表现形式和形成裂纹的原幽也是不M的，根据万家寨水电站水轮机所发生的裂纹事实和相关的数据以及有关科研院所的试验报告，分析了水轮机转轮裂纹产生的原因，可供同行参考。

| Abstract: | The runner blades of turbine are the positions where is easy to create crack.Because of different force action in the design,manufacturing and operation,the appearances of the formed cracks and the causes for creating cracks are different.Base on the crack facts from the turbines of Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station and relative research data and the test reports from scientific research institutes,this paper analyses the causes of crack production of turbine's runner,which can be used for reference. |
