HDPE阻隔性共混合金材料的研究

摘    要:主要研究了PA1010含量和增容剂对HDPE/PA1010共混合金材料阻隔性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:当PA1010含量达到15%以上时,共混合金的阻隔性能有显著提高。增容剂含量存在最佳值,增容剂含量过大或过小时,都不利于共混合金阻隔性能的提高。

Abstract:The effect of the content of PA1010 and compatibilizers on the barrier properties of HDPE/PA blends have been investigated. The results show that when the content of PA1010 component is over 15%, very good barrier properties of HDPE/PA1010 alloys can be obtained, and the content of compatibilizers attains its best level. It is not effective to decrease the permeation of organic solvent when the amount of the compatibilizers is more or less. Increasing the content of compatibi1izels to a certain extent is effective for improving the impact resistance of the alloys.
