世界乙二醇供求现状及三菱化学新工艺

摘    要:叙述了世界乙二醇供求和技术进展状况,预测今后需求年均增长率为6%~7%,介绍了三菱化学的EG制造新工艺,该工艺具有99%以上的高MEG选择率和接近理论量比的水用量,而且投资费用和生产费用低,将成为大型EG装置的首选。

Abstract:The status of supply-demand and technological advancement of ethylene glycol in the world were described. It is forecasted that from now on, annual growth rate of demand will be 6%~7%. New ethylene glycol manufacturing process of MCC was introduced. The process has more than 99% high selectivity coefficient of MEG and n(H_2O)/n(EO) rate of approach to stoichiometric coefficient; and investment/operational cost is low. It will become the first select of ethylene glycol large plant.
