摘    要:城市液化气埋地压力管道的安全与千家万户居民的人身和财产息息相关。埋地管道的运行风险是必然存在的,引起液化气埋地压力管道失效的因素是多种多样的,其中大部分因素具有模糊性。为了描述这些因素,采用模糊综合评价的方法分析了液化气埋地管道的失效可能性和失效后果,用模糊语言表达了埋地管道的失效可能性和失效后果,进而以风险矩阵的方式表征了液化气埋地管道的运行风险;以某市在役液化气埋地压力管道为例开展的风险评价研究表明采用模糊综合评价方法分析埋地管道的运行风险是可行的。

Abstract:The safety of residents' life and belongings along with the under ground pressure pipeline of liquefied petroleum gas is tightly linked with that of the pipeline. However, the risk of operation of this kind of pipeline inevitablly exists. The failure factors are very complicated and some of them cannot be expressed with the explicit figures. Hence, the failure possibility and failure consequence, two parts of the risk, are evaluated with fuzzy synthesis method, respectively. Then the in-service risk of the under ground pressure pipeline of LPG is expressed by the risk matrix, which is established with the failure possibility as ordinate and the failure consequence as abscissa. A numerical example of a certain city is presented. And from this it is concluded that the fuzzy synthesis method is an effective method to evaluate the risk of the under ground pressure pipeline of LPG.
