应变式称重传感器制造工艺及其机理分析

摘    要:为提高我国称重传感器总体技术与工艺水平,强化称重传感器技术竞争主要是制造工艺竞争的理念.本文论述了制造工艺是称重传感器研制与生产过程中最活跃、最积极的因素,是研究成果转化为商品的桥梁.介绍了称重传感器通用制造工艺流程,对电阻应变计筛选、弹性元件准备、电阻应变计粘贴、固化与后固化和稳定性处理等主要制造工艺及其机理作了详细的叙述和分析,为制订科学而精密的制造工艺流程提供理论依据.

Abstract:In order to enhance the level for overall technology and craft of the load cell in our country and strengthen the idea that the technological competition of the load cell is mainly the competition for manufacture craft, this text discuss the manufacture craft is the most active and positive factor in the process of the design and production about load cell, and it is also the bridge of researching results transform as commodity. It introduces the general manufacture craft process of the load cell, which offers the theoretical basis for choosing strain gauge, preparation of the elastic component, glues of the strain gauge, the solidification and the latter solidification and the precise manufacture craft process.
