复合吸附剂对酸性大红染料的吸附性能

摘    要:为降低吸附剂投加量,提高吸附效率,降低成本,将壳聚糖与纤维素复合,制备出一种复合生物吸附剂.用静态吸附的方法,对酸性大红溶液进行脱色实验.探讨了吸附剂投加量、pH值、反应时间对脱色的影响,并绘制出复合吸附剂对酸性大红染料的吸附等温线、吸附动力学曲线.结果表明,pH=6.0时对酸性大红的吸附率最大,当吸附剂用量为0.4 g/L,吸附率可达94%以上,在2 h的时间内就可达到吸附平衡,其平衡吸附量为159.73 mg/g.

Abstract:Removal of Acid Brilliant Scarlet GR using a new composite adsorbent is presented,which is chitosan coated cellulose and a discussion of several factors such as the amount of adsorbent, pH value,adsorption time. The adsorption isotherms and adsorptive dynamics curves of Acid Brilliant Scarlet GR on composite adsorbent are studied. The results show that the adequate pH is 6.0 and the amount is 0.4 g/L,the rate of adsorption is up to 94%. Its adsorption process is 2 h and equilibrium capacity is 159.73 mg/g.
