节肢振动筛的动态特性分析

摘    要:介绍了节肢振动筛结构特点,建立了惯性直线振动筛系统的运动微分方程,并进行了响应分析,利用有限元分析软件建立了振动筛的有限元模型,对其正常工作和停机过共振区2种工况进行了有限元计算分析和模态分析,分析结果表明筛机的结构强度是安全的,工作时筛机运行稳定,不会发生共振现象,为研究该类机械的设计提供了理论参考。
