铬凝胶体系提高稠油驱油效率实验研究

摘    要:针对辽河油田锦99块普通稠油区块地层流体特点,采用铬凝胶体系调驱技术。考察了HPAM、有机铬交联剂用量,体系pH,不同水型,剪切强度和剪切时间对铬凝胶体系成胶性能的影响。结果表明,在HPAM用量0.1%,有机铬交联剂用量0.05%,体系pH5—8,剪切强度5000—8000min^-1,剪切时间30s以内,采用模拟水、地层水、回流水配制的凝胶体系均能成胶。应用铬凝胶体系进行单管、双管岩芯封堵驱油实验,结果表明,注入铬凝胶体系后,封堵效率在85%以上,含水率下降幅度较大,驱油效率明显提高。

Abstract:The profiling and flooding technology using chromium gel system was used in view of formation characteristics of common thick oil block in Liaohe Oilfield. The effects of dosage of HPAM and organic chromium crosslinker,pH of system, different water source, shearing strength, and shearing time on the gelling of chromium gel system were examined. The result showed different gel systems could gel using model water, formation water or recycling water when the dosage of HPAM, organic chromium crosslinker 0.1% and 0.05%, pH of system 5 - 8, shearing strength 5 000 -8 000 min^- 1, shearing time 30 s. The plugging flooding experiment was done in single core and double cores using chromium gel system. The result showed the rate of plugging was over 85%, the water content was greatly decreased and displacement efficiency was obviously increased after injecting chromium gel system.
