摘    要:利用Gleeble-1500型热模拟机,研究了不同预加压应力和加热温度对温度——应力曲线的影响。结果表明:在相变点以下加热时,预加压应力越大,加热和冷却后的拉应力越小,这说明残余压应力有抵抗热冲击开裂的能力。

Abstract:An investigate with thermal simulator of Gleeble-1 500 model was worked out. A series of temperature-stresses curves was obtained in which different pre-compressive stress and temperature was applied. The result show: in the temperature range below the phase transformation temperature, the higher the pre-compressive stresses, the lower the tensile stresses after heat and cold. These demonstrate that the residual compressive stresses be able to resist cracking caused by thermal shock.
