摘    要:基因工程技术为人类食品供应开辟了新途径,利用这种技术定向地改造微生物,植物和动物,大大提高了食品的产量与质量,给社会带来了巨大的经济效益,但基因食品的安全性问题也不容忽视。本文就基因食品的发展现状,基因食品的安全性和可接受性及其发展前景作一综述。

Abstract:The gnetic engineering technology provides a new way to supply food .With genetically modified microbe .plants and animals.the yield and quality of food are improved greatly. Genetic food has brought great economic benefits over the world, but new concomitant problems such as food safety also cannot be ignored. In this review, the current situation.Safety and public acceptance of genelic food were described and discussed. Finally a view of its future prospects was presented.
