摘    要:本系统设计的目的是组建某接收组件的自动测试平台.系统采用了虚拟仪器设计思想,主要设计方法为Visual c 面向对象设计及GPIB总线技术.本文首先介绍了GPIB总线结构的特点,然后阐述自动测试系统的组成及功能,并详细论述了系统软件的设计方法与思想,以及生成测试报表的方法.本系统可以实现对接收组件的实时监控、实验数据采集、数据的分析处理,以及报告生成等功能.利用虚拟仪器设计思想组建的自动测试系统提高了测试工作的效率、精确度,以及自动化程度,且结构灵活,扩展性好,因此具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract:The purpose of the system designing is creating an automatic testing system for a receiving component based on the idea of virtual instrument.The main designing method is Visual C object-oriented designing and GPIB bus technology.This paper introduces the peculiarity of GPIB bus at first,and then evaluates the hardware composing and function of the automatic testing system.After that,the paper also introduces the method and idea of the software designing in detail,including the ways for generating test reports.The system can monitor the test process in real-time,collect the test data,do the integrated analysis and disposal of the lab data,and generate the test report and so on.The automatic testing system based on the idea of virtual instrument can enhance the efficiency,precision and automation of the test.And it has flexible architecture and good expansibility.So it can be well used in industry.
