摘    要:气井在投产时一般要采用降液面负压射孔工艺,目前各个油气田所采用的压风机降液面、抽汲降液面、液氮或橇装式气举车降液面、气井气降液面等工艺都在不同程度上存在着工期长、效率低、费用偏高的问题。文章通过对目前降液面工艺存在的问题展开分析,本着节约和方便的原则,提出了一种新的降液面工艺,该工艺在不增加工序的情况下,根据浮力定律和连通器原理,利用油管本体和内容积排液的办法,来达到降液面至1600.0 m以下的目的,并开发了降液器工具。文章还介绍了该产品的结构和主要技术特点,在现场实际应用中取得了良好的效果,解决了目前降液面工艺存在的不尽完善的问题,具有广泛的推广价值。

Abstract:The under-balanced perforation is usually adopted when a gas well is put into production. The techniques to lower the liquid level used recently in the all oil and gas fields, such as lowering the liquid level by air compressors, swabbing, liquid nitrogen or skid-mounted gas-lift units, and gas from gas wells, etc., have the disadvantages of long work time, low efficiency and high cost. Following the economic and convenient principle, a new technology of lowering the liquid level is proposed. According to the buoyancy law and connector principle, without increasing the working procedure, the technology reaches the goal of lowering the liquid level to 1600 m. of depth by liquid discharging of positive displacement with tubing. And the tools of lowering the liquid level are developed. Also, the structure and main technical features of the tools are introduced. Good results have been achieved in the field application. The disadvantages of the existing techniques to lower the liquid level are overcome. It is worthy to apply the new technology widely.
