基于Optistruct的数控折弯机滑块的拓扑优化

摘    要:利用Hyperworks软件建立了数控折弯机滑块的三维有限元模型,应用Optistruct优化模块中的渐进结构优化算法对滑块进行了基于位移和应力约束的拓扑优化,在Ansys中对优化前后相同工况下滑块的静态特性进行分析与比较.结果表明,在满足折弯机性能要求的条件下减轻了滑块的重量.为折弯机的合理设计与优化提供了可靠的依据.

Abstract:The three-dimension FE model of numerical control bending machine slider has been built by use of Hyperworks software.The topology optimization has been done to the slider on the basis of distance and stress constraints by using progressive structural optimization method in Optistruct.The static characteristics of the slider in optimal model and original model under the same working state have been analyzed and compared in ANSYS.The results show that topology optimization is effective to reduce the weight o...
