摘    要:本文报告了淋病奈瑟氏菌生长培养基、糖发酵生化培养基、保存培养基和真空干燥保护剂的研究。应用27株淋病奈瑟氏菌进行试验表明,全部菌株在特殊蛋白胨血琼脂和多种蛋白胨血琼脂上24小时生长良好;26株菌在NGCM-1生化培养基中发酵葡萄糖产酸(96.3%),保存培养基在27℃可保存菌种30天左右,10%脱脂奶粉作为保护剂真空干燥菌种可保存20个月以上。

Abstract:Media for growing, biochemical identifying and preserving as well as.pr otective agents for lyophi1ization of Neisseria gonorrhoeae were studied. The total 27 strains of N. gonorrhoeae tested were from both clinical collection and Center for Medical Culture Collection (CMCC). Results showed that all tested strains could grow well on both SPBA (special peptone blood agar) and PPBA (polypeptone blood agar) after 24 hours i ncubation. 26 out of 27 strains (about 96.3%) produced acid from glucose in NGCM-1 (N. gonorrhoeae carbohydrate medium-1). NGSM-1 (N. gonorrhoeae stron medium-1) could preserve N. gonorrhoeae for more than 30 days at 27℃. N. gonorrhoeae strains could be preserved for over 20 months by using de-fatted milk powder as protective agent during lyophilization.
