| 摘 要： | 城中村改造是城市建设的重点之一,涉及方方面面的内容和利益,改造难度较大。特别是具有特殊城市职能的城中村改造,其所面临的问题必须全面考虑其特殊的城市职能。如何成功地改造此类的城中村,是城市建设面临的重大课题。该文通过对鹰手营子矿区城中村改造所面临的具体问题进行具体探析,并针对这些问题提出了具体的建议。

| Abstract: | The reconstruction of villages in city,one of the most important aspects in city construction,is a very difficult task as it involves various contents and interests,especially when those villages with special functions are concerned. How to successfully reconstruct this kind of villages is a big project in city construction. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the problems confronted by the villages in city in the area of Diggings Yingshouyingzi and offers some positive suggests. |
