| Abstract: | The elementary state and new function of IGBT-IPM Intelligent Module are introduced at the beginning in this paper, then correlative circuit design and some problem which should be pained attention are analyzed deeply. At last, combining the example of SVG Equipment, the hardware structure of SVG system is given and the application of intelligent module is discussed in details . |
