| 摘 要： | 提出了一种确定曲柄摇杆急回机构结构参数的图解综合法，该法的基本思路是：在给定机架长度、摇杆摆角及行程速比系数的前提条件下，作图求出一条与最小传动角直接相关的曲线，然后利用附加最小传动角条件确定摇杆长度，从而作出曲柄摇杆急回机构的其他结构参数；同时可得出最佳传动角及相应的机构结构参数。与解析法相比，该法简单直观，也能用计算机绘图处理，适合一般工程精度要求下的机械设计。

| Abstract: | Author presents a graphic synthetical method for designing crank rocker linkages.The basic concept of the method is that a curve corresponding to the minimal transmission angle can be got by drawing on the prerequisite condition that the length of form,swing angle of rocker and advance-to return-time ratio are given,and the nyinimal transmission angle can be used as an additional factor to define the length of rocker.Therefore,a series of structural parameters of a crank-rocker linkage and the optimal transmission angle and other optimal structural parameter of the crank-rocker are obtained.Comparing with an analytical method, the graphic synthetical method is more simple and more audio-visual.It can also be carried out by computer and meet tolerance of common project. |
