山西省煤炭开采区地下水资源管理保护对策研究

山西省是全国煤炭生产大省,而山西省水资源严重短缺,水生态环境十分脆弱。太原西山地区是采煤工业相对集中、对水资源破坏较为严重的地区,在全省及北方地区具有一定代表性。通过西山煤田开采对水资源和水环境的破坏机理、破坏过程及破坏程度的分析研究等,提出煤炭开采区地下水资源保护对策措施,如法制管理、分区管理、制度建设等,探讨水煤共存、可持续利用的管理保护模式和管理保护政策体系,实现国民经济可持续发展。

Study on the countermeasure of groundwater protection and management in coal mining area of Shanxi province

Shanxi province,rich in coal reserve,is a major province of coal resources. However,the situation of its water resources is very serious,and the water ecosystem is fragile. Taiyuan,capital of Shanxi province,is a typical area within Shanxi Province and North China where coal is excavated with large scale and thus leads to great influence,damage and loss of water resources. It focuses on research on building a system of sustainable utilization and management in coal and water coexisting area in this paper,with the analysis on the damage of coal excavation process to the circulating condition of water resources. And countermeasures are proposed,in aspects of legislation,zoning,etc. to protect water resources in coexisting area of water and coal.
