摘    要:在脉冲式超声无损检测中,超声脉冲反射回波信号常受到电子噪声和结构噪声的干扰,信噪比往往较低。针对海底管道超声检测信号处理的问题,介绍一种基于最小值分离谱方法中最小值选中次数的统计加权算法。试验证明,该方法稳定性和信噪比较好,具有一定自适应能力。

Abstract:The signal to noise ratio (SNR) of ultrasonic pulse-echo nondestructive testing was usually low because of the disturbance from electronic and structural noises. A well-enhanced split-spectrum processing (SSP) method based on weighting algorithm according to statistical times, which was the statistical distribution of the discrete signals selected by the minimization algorithm was introduced for ultrasonic inspection of offshore oil pipeline. Experimental result showed that the method was good in stability, SNR and self-adaptation.
