抗弹陶瓷材料中锆的测定

摘    要:研究了偶氮胂Ⅲ与锆的显色反应在60mol/l盐酸介质中,锆与偶氮胂Ⅲ生成蓝紫色络合物,最大吸收波长为660nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.18×10 ̄5,锆含量在0~30μg/50mL符合比尔定律。建立了铝基抗弹陶瓷材料中锆的分光光度分析法,方法灵敏度高,选择性好,操作快速简便。

Abstract:This paper studied coloured reaction of zirconium with arse-nazo Ⅲ.Zirconium formed blue-violet complex with arsenazo Ⅲ in 6mol/L HCl. The molar absorption coefficient is 1.18×10 ̄5(at 660nm).The absorption obeys the Bourguer-Lambert-Beer Law in the range of zirconium concentrations from 0 to 30μg in 50mL of the solution.The photometric determination of zirconium is established in ceramics of ballistic impact. The method is highly sensitive and selective.The operation is quick and simple.
