摘    要:基于流体力学的理论,分析内啮合多齿差摆线齿轮泵的机械损失因素,建立这种类型泵的机械损失数学模型。并针对一款内啮合多齿差摆线齿轮泵的机械损失展开计算和实验,验证该数学模型的准确性,为研究内啮合多齿差摆线齿轮泵的功率损耗提供了一种方法。

Abstract:Based on the theory of fluid mechanics, the factors of mechanical power loss of an internal gerotor pump were analyzed and the mathematical model of the mechanical power loss of this type pump was established. The internal gerotor pump mechanical power loss was calculated and tested,and the correctness of the mathematical model was proved.It provides a theoretical basis for studying the power loss of the internal gerotor pump.
