| Abstract: | This paper, with Zhenjiang city as acase, points out that there are two kinds of elements,material and non-material, influencing the layout ofschools in the city. By studying the current layout ofthe schools and the problems in planning control, itproposes to set a database of educational capital. It isconcluded with three urban control models of schoollayout to fit in with three different levels. |
