工程创面生态恢复产业化问题初探

给出工程创面和工程创面生态恢复的定义:工程创面是指伴随人类在生产、生活中所实施的各种工程措施而在地球表面所出现的破坏了原有自然环境的创伤面;工程创面生态恢复是具有创面防护和生态恢复双重意义的工程任务。认为工程创面生态恢复产业化既是经济建设的需要,也是实施生态文明国策的需要,具有规模较大、设备材料专用、从业人员职业化、社会功能独特等产业化特点,并且是一个朝阳产业。指出目前存在的主要问题是理论技术水平低、工程质量差、缺少技术标准、企业行为不规范、产业分工与协作不完善、科研投入不足、人才培养滞后等。建议通过确立产、学、研、官、民相结合的发展模式,建立国家级科研和人才培养基地,制定技术标准和施工规范,组建产业协会等方式来促进我国工程创面生态恢复产业化的发展。
