| 摘 要： | 论述了焦炉气净化过程中硫的精脱及CH4转化工艺的主要技术特点:常温加压NHD脱硫技术;纯氧催化部分氧化工艺;采用耐热钢外混式烧嘴和德士古气化炉测温技术。通过实际生产运行数据,总结了装置运行效果,提出了存在的问题和相关改进措施。

| Abstract: | Author has discussed the main technical characteristics for the processes of the fine de-sulfur and CH4 reformation in the process of coke-oven gas purification,these are ambient pressurizing NHD de-sulfur technology,pure oxygen catalysis/partional oxidation process,using the outer mix type burner made of heat resistant steel and temperature detection technology used for Texaco gasifier.Author has summarized the operating effect and existing problems for the plant through the actual production operation data,and proposed the improved measures. |
