摘    要:根据电化学原理,采用ZigBee无线网络技术及传感器技术,设计了一种基于ZigBee技术的碱浓度在线检测系统。进行了监控网络结构、节点硬件电路和软件设计,实现了对工作液中碱浓度的实时监控。为化工及染整等企业生产自动化和节能降耗提供了一种新的技术。

Abstract:According to electrochemical principles, the alkali concentration detection system which is based on ZigBee technology and use ZigBee wireless network technology and sensor technology was designed. Node hardware and software was designed, and the work of the concentration of base in real - time monitoring. The wireless detection system has provided a new technology for the chemical and dyeing and finishing enterprise's production automation and energy saving.
