景观水原位修复的生物激活剂研究

摘    要:由酵母膏、氨基酸和维生素等组成的生物激活剂,能刺激水体中土著微生物的生长和提高微生物的活性.配制模拟废水研究生物激活剂对微生物生长的刺激作用,在投加生物激活剂后,CODCr、氨氮和磷等的去除都有显著的增加.还对实际景观水样的修复进行了实验研究,结果表明:投加生物激活剂的水样,与空白相比,CODCr去除率增加了27.3%,溶解氧提升21.2%,浊度的去除率增加了23.6%,氨氮的去除率增加了11.5%.生物激活剂原位修复技术具有易于操作、成本低、无二次污染等优点,预期在住宅小区的人工湖、园林池塘等封闭或半封闭的景观水体修复方面,将具有良好的推广应用前景.

Abstract:Biostimulant is composed of yeast extract,amino-ac id ,vitamin etc.The research was made to verify the great promotion to the vitality and growth of microorganism by biostimulant in simulated wastewater.After addin g the biostimulant,the COD_ Cr,NH_3-N and PO 3-_4-P were removed ef fectively.In the pilot experiment,the test on bioremediation for wastewater was carried out by employing biostimulant.The result showed that compared with the c ontrol experiment,the removal rate of COD_ Cr,turbidity and NH_3-N were in creased 27.3%,23.6%,11.5% respectively,and the concentration of DO was also incr eased 21.2%,when 7mg/L of biostimulant was added.This in-situ remediation t echnology is easily manipulated,cost-efficient and without secondary pollution. It is also convinced that remediation has promising prospect in thd field of bio remediation of polluted scenic waters,such as ponds & lakes in parks,man-made l akes in resident districts and other relatively close and semi-close waters.
