摘    要:由不同的羧酸、多胺及氯化苄合成了8种咪唑啉季铵盐和1种未季铵化咪唑啉,用挂片失重法测定了单二的主其复配物在10%盐酸中对A3钢的缓蚀作用。其中几种咪唑啉的缓蚀性能与中原油田在用的酸液缓蚀剂ZY-001相当。

Abstract:Eight quaternary ammonium salts of imidazolines and one original imidazoline are synthesized from carboxylic acids, polyamines, and benzyl chloride. The inhibitory property of these compounds, single and in combination with a diblock polyether initiated with a phenol formaldehyde condensate (JM 127), thiourea, benzoic acid, and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, is investigated for carbon steel A3 corrosion in 10% hydrochloric acid. It is shown that two imidazoline compounds, QSOI (from oleic acid, triethylenetetramine, and benzyl chloride) and QSBeI (from butyric acid, triethylenetetramine, and benzyl chloride), are fairly good inhibitors in comparison with ZY 001, a corrosion inhibitor for acidizing fluids being used at Zhongyuan Oil Fields.
