摘    要:介绍了用亚硫酸盐作前置预处理液的丙烯酰胺-甲叉双丙烯酰胺地层内聚合形成 的新堵水方法以及该方法在封堵油井管外窜槽,松散地层出砂形成的鼠洞及出水层等方面的现场应用实例。使用该方法可减少堵剂用量,大大提高封堵成功率,封窜成功率为100%.

Abstract:It is shown experimentally that introducing sodium sulfite into acrylamide/methylenebisacrylamide/ammonium persulfate aqueous system, in situ gellable water plugging agent PT 910, leads to accelerating gelation of this system and strengthening the gel formed. Thus sulfite solution is used as pad fluid to pretreat the aimed zones in production wells in Jidong Oil Fields. By this improved technology water shutoff operations are performed in more than ten wells for plugging near borehole cavities (one well), water producing zones (2 wells) and water channellings out of casings (other wells). In the later cases all operations are successful and the amount of gelling solution needed is dramatically decreased.
