水井复合解堵剂HGA—1的研究与应用

摘    要:本文介绍了复合解堵剂HGA-1的研制和大庆油田采没五厂两口注水井用该剂进行解堵试验的结果,在研制中考察了反应物摩尔比,酸液类型及浓度,反应物浓度,环境温度,起泡剂浓度等对有关性能的影响,HGA-1具有放热量大,放气量大,起泡性强,溶垢容量较大的特点,是具有酸化,泡沫洗井,热解堵等复合作用的一种高效水井解堵剂。

Abstract:HGA 1 is a double fluid chemical agent. Fluid A is a hydrochloric or mud acid solution containing surfactants, corrosion inhibitor and organic aminocompound (OAC), B is a solution of inorganic sodium salt (ISS) and surfactants. Being injected into the near borehole zones, A and B are mixed and form foam, OAC and ISS react to generate N 2 gas and heat, the acid foamed slowly dissovles various reservoir blockages and rock minerals. The field tests on HGA 1 in two water injection wells for blockage relieving and enhancing water injectivity are successful. For formulating HGA 1, the effects of molar ratio and concentration of OAC and ISS, type and concentration of acid, environmental temperature of reaction, concentration of surfactants (ABS, OP 10) on N 2 gas and heat generation are studied.
