高硫高温矿用安全炸药的研究

摘    要:高硫高温矿床中的硫化矿石与炸药中的硝酸铵接触容易引起自燃自爆,对安全生产带来威胁,而在炸药中加入抑制剂,可以抑制接触反应的进行。本文论述了接触反应的抑制机理、抑制剂的选择、炸药配方与工艺的确定,并对GLW型高硫高温矿用安全炸药的爆炸性能、安全性能和贮存性能的测定情况及工业性爆破试验效果作了分析与评价。

Abstract:Contact of amonium nitrate in explosive with sulphide ore in high sulphur hot deposit tends to cause spontaneous combustion and detonation thre ate ning production safety. Addition of inhibitors into explosives may inhibit contact reaction. Selection of inhibitors, and the inhibition mechanism are described along with explosive formulation and preparation technology. As to the GLW safe iexplosive resistant to high sulfur and high temperature deto-naton performances, safety and storage life, and industrial blasting experiment are presented in the paper.
