大跨度托架拔柱设计与施工

摘    要:托架拔柱设计采用空间桁架,利用原厂房的混凝土连系梁,对厂房进行技术改造,把6m柱距改造成24m大柱距。设计和施工相结合,采用多项技术措施对原厂房结构、基础进行加固和处理,为老厂房技术改造提供了一次成功的实践经验。

Abstract:Adopting the technique of space trusses and depending on the concrete continuous beams of the former workshop,the measures of pulling column by large-span bracket are used to rebuild the old workshops,in which the 6 m column space is reformed into 24 m.Combining with design and construction process,some technologies are adopted in the former workshop's structure rebuild and foundation strengthening.The successful experience is developed for rebuilding of old workshops.
