摘    要:为研究人体皮肤中黑色素与血色素的分布,提出了一种利用皮肤颜色模拟技术从数字图像中估算色素浓度的方法.对皮肤的结构组织与光学属性进行总结,得到了数字图像与皮肤色素浓度之间的关系.定量分析皮肤层中黑色素与血色素对光的吸收量,根据已测得的数据,配合其他相关参数,模拟皮肤在各种色素浓度搭配下可能产生的颜色,生成皮肤颜色表.根据该颜色表估算皮肤图像中每个点的黑色素与血色素浓度,得到最终的色素浓度分布图.实验表明,该算法鲁棒性好,仅以数字皮肤图像作为输入,就能很好地展示相应的色素浓度分布图.

Abstract:To explore melanin and hemoglobin distribution in human skin, a new algorithm was proposed to estimate pigment concentration from digital skin image based on skin color simulation technology. Skin structure and optical property were firstly introduced, to show the relationship between digital image and skin pigment concentration. After analyzing the light absorption of melanin and hemoglobin in skin layers, the skin color map, which contained all possible skin colors based on different pigment concentrations with other related parameters, was created by applying existing measure data. Pixel color was compared with the skin color map for estimating the pigment concentration map. Experimental results showed the good robust of the proposed algorithm. The skin pigment concentration map can be shown only using digital skin image as input.
