摘    要:三峡电站厂房结构的振动问题是三峡工程建设的关键问题之一.本文针对三峡电站VGS机组厂房结构,利用有限元方法和水轮机模型试验,采用线性插值法构造了水轮机流道内脉动压力场,并基于通用有限元程序开发了相应程序,计算了VGS机组厂房结构在156m水位下的振动响应.为了检验计算模型,本文针对156m水位开展了厂房现场振动测试.测试结果表明,厂房实际振动响应的主频、最大值位置和分布规律上与计算结果基本一致,实际振动幅值比计算结果偏小,这说明计算模型基本合理,计算方法基本可行.

Abstract:The vibration of hydropower house is one of the key problems of the construction of Three Gorges Project.Taking Three Gorges hydropower station as engineering background,the linear interpolation technique to construct the pulsating pressure in the whole hydro-turbine flow passage is brought based on VGS hydro-turbine model test and finite element method.A corresponding further developed program has been achieved on the basis of commercial finite element program(Marc),and the quantitative dynamic responses under design water level of 156m has been solved.In order to verify the result,a on-spot test has been carried out under the water level,the result shows that the actual dynamic response of powerhouse is close to the computing result,it proves that the above quantitative method is basically rational.
