中醚化三聚氰胺树脂的合成及其在丙烯酸环氧树脂中的应用

摘    要:采用两步法合成了用于涂料交联剂的甲醚化三聚氰胺树脂,考察了温度、时间、催化剂等因素对交联剂中不同组分含量的影响,确定了最佳的合成条件。用红外光谱分析了产品的主要基团,验证了两步的反应机理,并将合成的中醚化三聚氰胺树脂与实验室自制的丙烯酸改性环氧树脂复配,考察了涂膜固化条件。结果表明,合成的交联剂贮存性能良好,醚化三聚氰胺树脂作为交联剂加入到丙烯酸环氧树脂中,可以明显降低固化温度且改善原有涂膜的脆性,成膜性能好,尤其是具有优良的附着力、柔韧性和耐化学品性。

Abstract:The title mid -etherified melamine -formaldehyde resin was synthesized in two steps and used as a curing agent of water borne paint, the best reaction conditions were investigsted, in ferms of the influence of temperature, time and catalyst. The reaction mechanism was analysed by FT - IR. Then the reaction of modified epoxy resins with the etherified melamine - formaldehyde resin was conducted. The curing conditions were studied and the result indicated that the product showed a good storage, decreased the curing temperature, improved adhesion and brittleness, with an excellent film performance, expecially the adadhesion, flexibility and chemicol resistance.
