摘    要:利用先进的焊接设备为企业的发展开展技术服务已成为企业提高生产效率的重要途径。运用ABB焊接机器人实现对汽车发动机后悬置横梁的自动化焊接。经过程序优化、工装改进将汽车发动机后悬置横梁由自动化焊接代替企业手工焊接。显著提高了焊接生产效率和焊接质量。

Abstract:Welding technology development today,the use of advanced welding equipment for the development of the enterprise to carry out technical services has become an important means to improve production efficiency of enterprises. Using ABB welding robots to realize automatic welding of automobile engine suspension beam after. After program optimization,tooling modification after the car engine suspension beam by automatic welding instead of manual welding. Improve production efficiency and welding quality of welding.
