民用客机排液要求研究

摘    要:研究了民用客机排液技术的适航条款、分区布置及设计要求。通过对适航条款进行梳理,明确了防火、闪电防护、坠撞安全、防冰等相关适航条款,并罗列燃油系统、动力装置等飞机系统对应的适航条款。从飞机级考虑了排液布置的分区问题,并给出了民用客机防火分区方法和闪电防护分区方法以及各个区域对应的设备安装位置。按照系统级要求,总结了排液设计的关键因素:液体收集、排液管路布置、空中排液整流设备的设计要求,为飞机详细设计阶段提供基线依据。

Civil Airplane Drainage Requirements Research

Abstract:The civil aircraft airworthiness regulation,zone layout and design requirements are studied in this paper.The fuel system and engine system and their relative airworthiness regulation on the fire protection,lightning protection,crash safety are provided in list. The fire and lighting zone in aircraft level and the classification method are described with considering the drainage device layout and protection. As the baseline of the aircraft components detail design,the design requirements critical parts are summarized as follow: the leakage liquid collection,drain line layout,drain master design requirements.
