摘    要:本文介绍了哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司700MW空冷水轮发电机绝缘系统、绝缘材料、防晕结构的研究以及该绝缘在大型空冷水轮发电机组中的应用情况.通过对定子导体绝缘结构、主绝缘结构、防晕结构的优化设计,使定子线棒绝缘性能、防电晕效果得到了较大的提高,尤其是定子线棒优异的电老化性能,保证了大型空冷水轮发电机定子绕组的运行寿命.

Abstract:In this paper,700MW air-cooled hydrogenerator insulation system,insulation materials,corona protection structure and its application in other large air-cooled hydrogenerator in HEC are introduced.By design optimization of structure of conductor insulation,main insulation and corona protection for stator,the insulation properties and corona protection effect were considerably improved,especially the electrical-aging property was excellent.All of them ensured the running life of large air-cooed hydrogenerator windings.
