摘    要:通过对顾客满意特性的总结和分析,结合自身的实际情况,确定相应的顾客满意度评价的标准,并运用所收集到的有关顾客满意方面的信息,根据自身设定和建立的数字模型来对顾客满意度进行测量,以得到有效的持续改进。

Abstract:By summarization and analysis of customer satisfaction features combined with self conditions to determine a correspondent appraisal standard of eustomer satisfactory degree and use the information collected from customers to set up a digital model which can be used for satisfactory degree measurement and for effective improvement continuously.
