聚乙烯晶态薄膜表面结构的研究

摘    要:用离子团束-飞行时间质谱(ICB-TOFMS)系统制备了聚乙烯(PE)晶态薄膜。用透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析了样品结构,得到了结晶完善的晶片和(010)面的晶格结构条纹像。用扫描隧道显微镜(STM)分析了这种样品的表面结构,观察到了PE(001)和(010)面的表面形貌。

Abstract:Crystalline polyethylene thin films were fabricated by using an ionized-cluster-beam and time-of-flight -mass-spectrometer(ICB-IOFMS) system.The films were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scanning tunneling microscope (STM). The TEM results indicated the lattice fringe of the crystalline polyethylene (010) plane, The surface topograph of (001) and (010) planes of the polyethylene thin films, for the first time, was observed by STM.
