| 摘 要： | 介绍了离心压缩机筒型机壳内机壳的缺陷分布,对可焊性进行分析并提出了焊接对策。重点讨论了补焊工艺,用奥氏体焊材补焊马氏体铸钢件,焊后检查符合要求。

The Repair Welding for Inner Part of Cylindrical Type Casing |

| Abstract: | This paper has introduced the defect distribution of the inner part of cylindrical type casing in centrifugal compressor and made the welding analysis and countermeasures. Especially, the repair welding technology is discussed. The inspection after welding meets requirements using austenite material to repair welding martensite steel castings. |
